The title 4th episode of Lost TV Series Season Two is “Everybody Hates Hugo”. It is the episode that was written by Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis under the direction of Alan Taylor. The episode had its original debut last October 12, 2005 on ABC. Obviously, this episode’s flashbacks focuses on Hugo “Hurley” Reyes.
In the flashbacks, Hugo discovered that his numbers won at the lottery. He originally planned to keep this instant winning a secret so he was lectured by the manager named Randy for eating even without the payment.
Hugo quits his job and his dear friend Johnny does otherwise. The former asked the latter for them never to change, but it turned out that there is betrayal in their friendship.

The third episode of Lost season two is simply entitled “Orientation”. It had its grand premiere at ABC last October 5, 2005. The episode was directed by Jack Bender with the script by Javier Grillo-Marxuach and Craig Wright. The episode gives a little glimpse on John Locke’s life.
In the flashback, they presented a scene where John Locke is actively participating in an emotional support group where he shared his sentiments regarding the objection he felt from his father. In the said meeting, he met Helen who later on became his good friend and the relationship later on transformed into a wonderful romance.

Rousseau leaves the Black Rock, and Arzt explodes while handling the dynamite. They encounter the monster—a cloud of black smoke. Rousseau steals Claire’s baby, who she has named Aaron. Sayid surmises that Rousseau intends to attempt an exchange of Claire’s baby, for her own child with the Others. Charlie and Sayid head toward the column of black smoke and along the way, they also encounter the drug smugglers’ plane, which Sayid reveals is full of heroin; Charlie takes some. When Sayid and Charlie arrive on the beach with the black smoke, there are no other people, just a pyre and Rousseau and Aaron. She returns Aaron and tells them that she overheard the Others saying that they were going after “the boy”. On the raft, the crew encounters a boat. It turns out to be a group of the Others who demand that they hand over Walt. Sawyer is shot and Walt is taken. An explosive is thrown onto the raft, destroying it. Meanwhile, Jack, Kate, Locke, and Hurley blow open the hatch. Jack and Locke look down into the hatch, and the camera reveals a very deep dark hole with a broken ladder. The survivors’ time in the airport and boarding the plane continues to be shown through flashbacks.

The second season of Lost started with their 25th episode called “Man of Science, Man of Faith”, which was nominated in the Emmy Award in Outstanding Cinematography for a Single-Camera series category. The episode was written by Damon Lindelof and was directed by Jack Bender. The episode premiered on September 21, 2005 on ABC. In the episode’s flashback, the character of Jack Shephard was featured.
In the flashback, there is a scene where Jack meets his future wife named Sarah. She arrived in the emergency room after a traumatic car accident. The other victim dies as he chooses to save revive Sarah’s life first.

The 16th Episode of Season One is entitled “Outlaws”. Sawyer becomes obsessed with finding the boar that raided his tent and goes into the jungle with Kate to find it; however, he does not kill it when he finds it. He gives his gun to Jack, who now has all the firearms in the marshal’s suitcase. Sawyer realizes that he met Jack’s father in Australia. In flashbacks, Sawyer tracks down who he believes to be the Sawyer who ruined his life, in Australia. Sawyer kills the man, but finds out that that man was not the original Sawyer. The episode was directed by Drew Goddard and was shown last February 16, 2005.

The 17th Episode of Season One is called “…In Translation” where Michael continues work on his raft, which only has one available spot left as Sawyer has bought a seat on the raft in exchange for building materials. The raft is set on fire and everyone blames Jin. Michael beats up Jin the next morning. Sun then tells him to stop because Jin did not burn the raft. Everyone is surprised that she speaks English, including Jin. Locke says that it was probably the Others. . In flashbacks, it is revealed that the reason Jin once showed up covered in blood was because he beat a man to save him, as Sun’s father had requested his death. Jin plans to go to America with Sun to start a new life.

The seventh episode is entitled The Moth. In this episode, Charlie suffers from withdrawal and asks Locke for his heroin and Locke said that he returned the drugs the third time Charlie will ask. Later on, Charlie asks Locke for the heroin for the third time and Locke gives it back to Charlie and tossed it into the fire. In the flashback, Charlie and his brother Liam leads their own band called DriveSHAFT. As they continue making music, Liam influenced Charlie to be hooked on heroin. After a couple of years, Charlie visits Liam in Australia and asked him to rejoin the group for their comeback tour. The clean Liam refused the invitation.

Still intrigued by Lost? All the whats, whys, wheres, and hows will be answered by 2010, as revealed by execs from ABC, the network on which the show airs. The network also revealed the final three seasons will only have only 16 episodes each.
Fans have been clamoring for better plot development for the show, and this is the networks response. The response has been mixed, although many have cited that the writers will have a more concrete canvas on which they can plot out the story, instead of wasting time by creating useless fillers or too fast episodes – both of which Lost has been guilty of late. Many have complained that the network and the people behind the popular series were just leading people on a merry goose chase without being certain where the story would take them.

The Oceanic 6 as they have been called have been rescued and have returned to their former lives, or have at least tried to. They are being pursued by unidentified men along with Ben who’s aim is to get all 6 of them back onto the island to correct the timeline they have so changed. As the episode opens, they are discussing what they should be telling people when they get back to describe best what had happened to them.Unwillingly they all had to lie due to the fact of the mystery of the island where they were.
Sayid lies unconscious as Hurley tries to revive him, ending up hitting a news stand and catching the attention of police, who just happens to be Anna Lucia who tells him not to get caught and mysteriously dissapears. Back on the Island, Rose and Bernard try to start a fire as Juliet returns finding their motor boat with Faraday also making an entry after sometime saying he had to determine their place in time. back to Hurley, who stops at a mini-mart where he is realized as the guy who won the lottery which prompts a swift exit. He returns home with his dad who was held back by his son carrying an unconscious man, Sayid. The cops knock and the cops look for Hurley stating that he was wanted for the death of three men.
Ben continues his search for the Oceanic 6 along with some friends who are shadowy in character.
The group back on the island is suddenly attacked by unknown people who answers their quest for fire with fiery arrows sending them running into the forest where they are captured by uniformed men who interrogates them. Sun and Kate catch up and the story goes on with Ben and an accomplice saying that if they do not get all the Oceanic six back onto the island, only God can help them.

The gang switches to and fro in time as they try to unravel the mystery that is the island. Each of them knowing a little of something makes putting one and one together as they skim through the past, present and future. One event takes them back to the island when the Orchid bunker was still in construction, where a powerful power source is being excavated. A worker unknowingly drills too close to it that he dies instantly due to him having drilled in the wrong place. The other members of the gang, some of whom have returned to their lives in the future have to come back to turn back the clock and set things in order. The power source and the machine that controls it suffers a malfunction which is determined to be the cause of the erratic time jumps. They all have to get back on the island at the same particular time to set in order the time continuum that has gone haywire.
Being one of the most successful TV series of all time along with Heroes and many other, it continues to captivate audiences the world over as the passengers of the crashed airliner seek the truth in the island they crashed on which holds a dark secret that can spell the end of life on earth.
