Lost TV Series Episodes

This episode was directed by Jack Bender, and written by Dawn Lambertsen and Matt Ragghianti. It focuses on Claire’s character.

Claire has flashbacks where she is still pregnant and being injected. This is triggered by Aaron’s fever, and she panics, thinking that Aaron might be “infected”. Jack assures her that the fever will subside. Claire remembers the time she was abducted and told that her baby should be left with the group.

Rosseau and Kate takes Claire to the place where she was abducted, in the hope of finding the “vaccine”, but found none.

Back in camp, the new prisoner, Henry, tries to brainwash Locke about Jack bossing around. Locke loses his temper later on.

This episode was directed by Stephen Williams and written by Damon Lindelof and Carlto Cuse.

The flashback shows Sayid’s life as an Iraqui soldier during the 1991 Allied invasion of Iraq, where he was captured by American soldiers, and eventually released by an American commander, who turned out to be Kate’s father.

On the island, Danielle leads Sayid to an “intruder” which she suspects as one of the Others. They take the man to the hatch after he is shot by Danielle with a crossbow. Sayid interrogates the man, who claims to have crashed in the island with his wife in a hot air balloon.

Meanwhile, Sawyer and Hurley searches for a noisy frog after Sawyer caught Hurley eating food from a hidden stash.

This episode was directed by Roxann Dawson, and written by Leonard Dick and Steven Maeda.

This episode focuses on the character of Sawyer, whose real name is James Ford. Flashbacks show his attempts to con a divorced woman, Cassidy, for the money she got from the settlement, but they ended up being con partners.

On the island, Sawyer and Charlie were able to get back the guns and heroine-filled Virgin Mary statues after manipulating the other survivors, forcing Locke to break his agreement with Jack that the guns, painkillers and medicines should be kept safe. The tension between the survivors worsened with the turn out of events.

The 36th episode of Lost, and the twelfth episode of the second season was written by Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, and directed by Jack Bender.

In this episode, Charlie has dreams of his past – as a child, then as a new uncle to his brother’s daughter. Then he dreams of Claire’s baby Aaron who is constantly in danger. The message seems to be that he has to save Aaron, as Eko interpreted his dreams. But Claire does not trust Charlie anymore after an incident with Aaron. Later, Charlie starts a fire and steals Aaron from Claire, but Locke was able to stop him.

Claire then asked Eko to have her and her baby baptized.

Directed by Stephen Williams and written by Elizabeth Sarnoff and Christina M. Kim, “The Hunting Party” is the 35th episode of Lost.

Flashbacks show Jack Shephard’s days as a doctor, where an Italian woman insists on having her father operated on despite the slim chances of success. The later part shows his wife leaving him for another man.

On the island, Michael searches for his son alone, prompting Jack, Sawyer and Locke to follow him. Kate gets into trouble with the Others when she refuses to be left behind. Towards the end of the episode, Jack asks Ana Lucia how long it would take to train an army.

Directed by Matt Earl Beesley, the 34th episode of Lost, and Season two’s 10th episode focuses on Mr. Eko’s past immediately before he boarded the plane. Writers of this episode Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof were nominated for an Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series.

Mr. Eko’s flashback shows him and his brother as younger kids, and how they were separated, and later on crossed each others paths where his brother dies instead of him.

On the island, Mr. Eko sees the Virgin Mary statue Charlie has been carrying, and breaks it to see heroines inside. Charlie leads him to the plane where he found the statue, where he eventually found his brother’s corpse. He burns the plane and recites Psalm 23 from the Holy Bible.
